Comments: These two players are working in tandem with the aim of securing a victory for Kunja. The strategies make 0 sense from a self-interest perspective and my slowly escalating comments within chat have received 0 replies.

I highly doubt it. They are from different countries, appart that this was their first game together (out of 2). Maybe is just bad game play, (like more afraid of you for whatever reason)... That I can't tell as I haven't checked the log itself

gv1974 & kunja have been cleared of secret diplomacy and of being multis

There is no evidence of secret diplomacy, I would suggest you foe both of them and move on after this game.
