They got quality players all other the pitch, even 1st class players that performed very well so far in this tournament (lets say pirlo and buffon to be original). and experienced ones too (some of them are world champions, 2006 is not that far away). Let's face it, english player are good, but are and always have been over estimated. Anyway, tonight's results is for me well deserved, and i maintain my predictions, italy to win it.
Simple answer is the most recent world cup.
Granted thats not a very good reason, but a reason nonetheless.
I go to the gym to justify my mockery of fat people.

Pirlo's penalty yesterday changed the momentum of the shootout! That move and his facial expression afterwards was was the best thing in that game! And it was a pretty good game. At least the first 60 minutes .
AoG for President of the World!! I promise he will put George W. Bush to shame!

yeah it was cool but certainly not the coolest.
if anything panenka's has to be cooler than pirlo's for the sheer fact that he invented this style:

100 euros on Spain against Portugal. Don't get me wrong, I do think that Ronaldo is a fucking good player. But I don't think it will be enough against the Spanish Armada.

I have noted this post and if it continues, there will be consequences for you.
I'm really looking forward to the upcoming match. It should be a good one. Hopefully with a lot of action, skills, fair play and goals. This match has so much potential, perhaps even more than Spain-Germany, which I believe to be the final. We'll see how Ronaldo performs without his Argentinian arch-nemesis loking down on him, I hope it'll be awesome.
have portugal finally figured out a system to beat spain. they are absolutly outplaying spain forcing them to play portugals game not letting them pass it.

spain took out their only forward and replaced him with another midfielder. i think they're gonna try harder to force a tiki taka style.

he sucks at penalties , he always missed when he took them for united
Maybe, but you just know he wanted to be the one to score the winning penalty. If he had been playing for the team he'd have taken one of the first two.
