Isn't it really exactly the opposite? Isn't random supposed to be unpredictable? Like, if the dice would always give similar results, like if you could always count on a certain result when attacking, like a 10v4 would always leave you with 6 troops, then I'd understand if people would say "this isn't random". But this, it's just bad luck, due to... randomness. So what gives?
This would be true if games and dice like were unpredictable, however, getting balanced dice are what has become unpredictable. From what I've been seeing and come to expect, the dice have become completely biased and games are being decided solely by dice at an ever increasing rate. I would have to argue that this goes against random and the dice have become anything but. It's not very random when one side has great dice and the other doesn't. If anything, that is consistency.
I'm under the understanding that if the majority of players have seen a difference since the dice change over and are not happy about it, then maybe something should be done to render the situation of sticking their heads in the sand. It is possible that things aren't justifiable, no matter how random they may appear to be. Just the overwhelming amount of people who refuse to renew or have even left should say something.
