Suggestion Idea: Set the default to block creation of a second account from an IP address which is already associated with an account. People who are honestly different people playing from the same computer can simply PM a Mod and have the block removed for them.
Specifics: Any attempt to make a new account from an IP which already has an account would give them a message saying something like:
"Warning: Having multiple accounts is CHEATING and will get you BANNED. If you wish to create an account for a different person who plays from the same computer, please PM one of the Mods for permission:
[List of/links to appropriate Mods]"
Why it is needed: This should be fairly obvious. I obviously don't have access to those statistics, but from the Cheating & Abuse Reports forum I get the impression that most accounts from the same IP are in fact multis. Hopefully this will stop most of them from being created in the first place. For the legitimate players on one computer, I feel this minor, one-time inconvenience is not too much to ask.
