I think mostly we're confused (this is our first foray into a clan war, so please bear with us) ...

Joe is asking me how many folks have hit the 15 limit, I just told him that he may have? I am trying to help direct and rally folks on our side ... but communication isn't something that, historically, this group has done well. Let's see if we can learn from our lack of organization though, and salvage a respectable effort in our first clan war.

Joe will have the link here, and will be checking in tonight.

As I understand it, there are two sets of games, some are TNC home games (where you are team 1); some are UR home games (where we are team 1) ... if that's not the distinction, then what does home/away even mean?

There's a max of 15 for the whole tourney, not each set ...

Joe's texting me as I type ... says he stacked himself in the first set deliberately ... fair enough, as long as he knows ...

Not sure who/how our counts are updated ...

I am actively working to rally our clan into understanding/engagement/participation ...

Hold tight, we're figuring this out ... and learning a lot in the process:)

Also, I'm assuming that any new members added to our clan will be exempt from participation in this war ... if I'm wrong, please let me know ... but I just don't see how allowing newbs to compete in this would be fair to either of us.
