IC3 has the following option and i assume this is the one considered by the inimitable col.mustard to be applicable in this instance:
Somebody threatened you or someone else with violence (and you think that there's some chance that they might do it).

i would hope the col.mustard also heeded the following advice by IC3 if he indeed feared for his safety:
If you think your life is in danger, contact your local or state police immediately!

in other news, as a result of col.mustard's IC3 complaint the terror alert warning system has been updated to 'SEVERE'. this is great news for my full body scanner company. thanks, col.mustard for helping to foster the culture of fear! i should be able to retire a few years earlier now....

I would have expected more intelligence from a member of our armed services, or really anyone who got past that tricky class in second grade where they taught that words can be used together to form sentences. Well, judgment that poor just can't be overlooked, you give a guy a bad rating, then report his hilarious and completely understandable response as a threat to an outside agency, that's good enough to make my naughty (foe) list. Congratulations, Col., I've been on CC for 3+ years and you make the second guy on that list.

P.S. - The list I'm referring to is my foed player list that applies only to CC, it's not my hit list or people-to-kill list or anything like that, so please don't report me; I wish you no harm in real life...well, no physical harm I guess.

Does anyone find it interesting that this is all in response to a response in BEEPS' rating? It wasn't even on mustard's wall or PMed to him that I'm aware of. So he had to go back into beeps rating and see if beeps left a response. I guess he could have looked at his "ratings given" section but who does that?'

i rated beeps all one star with the following tags and this is what he said to me:

Tags: Deadbeat, Backstabber, Quitter, Clueless

Response: I only deadbeated because i wanted to quit after stabbing you in the back cause i was clueless on my gameplay!!!

i knew way back in sept 2010 he was a backstabber. the fact that i labeled him a 'backstabber' should have been been adequate evidence for col.mustard (had he vetted beeps' ratings prior to playing him) to discern that beeps has violent tendencies. i am appreciative of the fact that cc offers a tag that indicates that a player may have an inclination towards violence, because, when i see it on a player's rating page, i know whom to avoid and allows me to warn others. in fact, if i had more free time i would start to report all 'backstabbers' on cc to IC3.

that said, beeps has toned down threats of direct violence since then. now he appears to be the poster child for anti-suicide prevention. either that or he is espousing the noble act (ymmv on that assertion..) of self-immolation.

While I do enjoy playing against beeps, look at his ratings received page. He leaves the same gasoline and matches comment to a lot of people, even to those rating him 4,4,4 or 4,4,3. I can understand that comment for a bullshit rating, but to do it for no apparent reason is odd.

these ratings are highly subjective. off the cuff, w/o any sort of calculations made, i would bet the distribution of ratings would be heavily weighted towards 4.8-5.0. maybe even to the point of 85% of the ratings are in that range (at least my most recent opposition appear to be rated that way...ymmv and i could be totally wrong). x/3 = 4.8 means that x = 14.4. so, basically anything less than 14.4 stars could be considered a less than desirable rating putting one in the 15th percentile or less. coincidentally, that is where beeps found himself after taking the SAT.

i wish they would bring back the old school rating system where you could really express your appreciation or disdain.

i believe we have evidence that jakevv is potentially surreptitiously threatening the lives of potentially unknown (and potentially unknown numbers of) people by using the potential power of suggestion on beeps in order to dupe him into possibly creating a situation that would no doubt potentially result in the potential loss of innocent life on what potentially could be a large scale and potentially disrupt travel and commerce. isn't that potentially terrorism?
