You don't give any information on it other then he supposedly made threats. Where? What game? Wall, inbox, etc? Use the proper channels & give enough info that they can follow up on a complaint.

That doesn't show the abuse that supposedly took place. The only game I found between the two doesn't show any comments that I saw. I didn't see anything on his wall. If it's an abusive PM then he should be hitting the triangle "!" in PM not making a report here.

I wanted to write something as ridiculous as the rating you gave me... Idiots like you rating people over bs reasons need dumb responses. Threat< not sure how it falls into that category I never said I was going to do anything. Working now will post later. And to report something like that as criminal is a joke and a waste of time to all who will do anything with it.
I believe the majority of his theatrical comments/banter come after receiving unwarranted feedback in games where he was nothing but pleasant.
I find it interesting that (Col.Mustard) Thomas J. Carmichael USNR sees this as a death threat. 99% of the people find his comments hilarious, have a laugh, and move on. If you aren't looking to provoke someone into leaving comments like this don't accuse them of threatening your life, say nothing in the game chat, and then give them a crappy rating. Seems like you are being a little sensitive and your actions are over-the-top passive aggressive. Not something I would expect from someone in our military.

After looking into the IC3's Reporting Requirements this is truly an open and shut case. Crying wolf in situations like these doesn't help anyone Col.Mustard and it petty requests like these hinder the ability of our FBI and and the IC3 to respond to true threats (true death threats, bullying, sexual predators). The real crime in this entire thing is that you are wasting everyone's time.
I also question any feeling of threat. You go post your full name in the site after receiving a "death threat". Are you that stupid? Your game play would suggest so, but let's hope not
What a douche! The fact that he couldn't even fill out the form correctly should have been an indicator of this guy's intelligence. This fuckstick didn't really file a criminal complaint, and if he did, I hope they file a false police (or equivalant) report charge.
C&A Mods...should a formal complaint be made against Col.Mustard or will you guys handle a frivolous accusation on your own?
EDIT: And looking at the only game he's played with beeps shows what a moron he is. It appeared to me that beeps was even coming to mustard's aid when the third player was bashing him. People like that make me so very sad.

You're an idiot if you really think that. No where in his rating response is a threat to harm you. He implies you should harm yourself. Such as telling someone "go jump off a bridge". This doesn't mean he's threatening to throw you off a bridge.
Seriously, grow up. Fill out the report properly if you are even half serious about it and explain how it's a threat.
Then, I hope you get an official warning / whatever your next step is for this stupid report.
