Mets determines the lynch. Your discussion influences his vote. If I impose a deadline and he doesn't come to a decision by then, he dies for the lynch.

I believe it does not matter how many votes the person has. Mets can hammer the person regardless of how many votes are on them. It likely also means that we as town cannot lynch someone.

I looked up cliquester on google. A site showed up but the sign up page looked so empty I didn't know what to make of it and on yahoo.answers (the only informative site for it) seems to suggest that the site is fake...seems that cliquester maybe something that hipster kitty might be connected to...you know because they both end with ster and cliquester feels that being a real site is too mainstream . So I'm guessing that means you were role blocked but I can't really tell if it was a town role blocker or role blocker variant, scum or even possibly 3rd party (less likely). As far as who Mets should lynch...I have a few on my short list but nothing I'm confident in. Maybe LSU for putting Shield at L-1 but I'll have to look back through the thread again.

Well all I had left was a roleblock, so I roleblocked usAir. So he didn't make the kill last night unless someone busdrove him or something. Doesn't exactly clear him from possibly being mafia, but it's something I suppose.

So I'm a VT basically now, no need to protect me at this point.

I've thought about this for a bit but I think it's good for most of you to know. Victor was the cult leader, he recruited me and doom. I do not know why I am no longer cult or if Victor still is. All I was told was that I was no longer allowed to talk to Victor.

I am now a bulletproof third party, originally town. As such the town is the only threat to me, the scum can do nothing at all to me and thus I have no inclination to be intimated into voting with them. That being said if the town doesn't feel like hanging me you are not a threat either. I am hoping that coming forward with this now will prevent me from any misfortune later and that it will earn me a few brownie points so to speak.

Also, a clever busdriver will know what to do with me. There surely must be one in a game this large.

I do not care if you hang victor. If it comes to that i am willing to help. I just figured my claim would be a good way to kickstart the conversation before Wed rolls around.

Edocsil was already bulletproof. I have no problem leaving him alive an lynching victor I think it's obvious. The color change I had chalked up to a mod mistake but that does make sense with the recruiter.

...? In my experience, cults can usually recruit mafia, and if they can't, it usually kills the recruiter.

Anyways that's pointless speculation. I'm unsure about a Victor lynch, as it seems there are limits to his recruiting ability. Cult wins by gaining a majority, and since doom is dead and edoc estranged, I think the cult may have been castrated at this point. However, iirc, Vic said he had a random action including NK. Hmm...

Anyways, I don't know why everyone's voting... it's up to Mets, so plead the cases, but voting has little relevance.

I don't understand why Victor was no longer cult leader on Night 4. How does one lose their leadership ability?

All o a sudden, edoc can no longer talk with Victor. If Edoc is telling the full story, then Victor has some other mehanics to his role, and/or someone else is involved as well.

Some action during the night triggered Victor losing his cult leadership, but I can't imagine what role would cause such a thing. I thought the only way a cult could disband, was if the leader died, and no one else could recruit.

Not to mention, how did the recruitment fail? Was Sully roleblocked by someone?

Either way, I'm a bit uncertain about what exactly Sully's role is, but if he isn't town, and some sort of cultist, I'm definitely in favor of Mets killing him. Removes some of the variables from the possible night actions. I'm thinking maybe Sully has like JOAT powers on top of recruiting, but I don't know how he got Squirrel.

Anywho, yes, yes, there's much to be explained about my role... I've lied to a few people and mixed some truth in there, too. Let's get the facts straight, shall we?

• Fact #1: Everyone in this game has been lied to by me in some capacity, including edocsil.
  Fact #2: I am a 'nerfed' Cult Recruiter with a little icing on the cult cake.
  Fact #3: I am Hipster Kitty.

Now for the specfics:

• Play by Play
  • I recruited edocsil Night 1 and succeeded.
  • I did not recruit anyone Night 2, but instead investigated Mr. Squirrel.
  • I recruited DoomYoshi Night 3 and succeeded.
  • I killed chapcrap Night 4 but was roleblocked.
  • I was "discovered" Night 4 (via DoomYoshi's death, I imagine) and lost all of my recruits (edocsil).
• Role Clarification
  • I am Hipster Kitty (Cult Recruiter JOAT).
  • I can choose one of the following actions to use at night:
    • recruit
    • kill
    • investigate
    • protect
    • roleblock
  • So far, I've burned the kill and investigate (all but the recruit are one-shot).
• Explanations/Comments/Further Clarifications
  • Naturally, with such a powerful role, I was suspicious of balancing factors I wasn't aware of. This is partly why I used my investigation early on, and why I didn't tell edocsil or DoomYoshi about my other abilities.
  • When I found Mr. Squirrel to be scum, I used that to secure a spot in the town, while keeping a third party alignment claim as a buffer for investigations and curious actions. I tossed out my fake claim to help secure myself, thinking that dead recruits would simply turn up "Cult" instead of "Hipster", so I could easily deny the person had any association to me.
  • With safari's solid claim of Town JOAT, I figured it wasn't safe to claim a third party one, so I picked an obscure role that seemed to fit my role and character: Skitzo(phrenic).

At this point, my power is nearing null, especially considering I've been exposed, and my cult can't even last for more than a couple days/nights. I still have the roleblock and protect, so perhaps I could loan the town my assistance in that regard?
