We gotta BIG turkey. Yum.I've wrapped him in bacon and put sliced tangerines under the skin. Inside him I've put another four cut-up tangerines. He's beginning to smell REAL good.

Another tip for turkey-cookers: I put a big metal spoon in the cavity with the handle sticking out. This conducts heat inside so the cooking is even. The oranges prevent it from drying out.

We've got a turkey and a turkey breast on the grill. Slow smoking them (breast for two hours full turkey for 3 1/2 hours). We let them thaw in a brine of apple cider, various dark beers, pepper corns and a few other spices I can't remember...

i ate banana with chocolate-spread on bread since i was little. other variations i like are peanut butter with chocolate sprinkles and grated coconut (eventually with caramel-spread). (with or without banana) and baked apples with cinnamon and sugar on toast.

really, you should try it sometimes.
