Comments:Apparently rommel539 has been banned and no posting in this forum for the reason why? An explanation would be nice. thx.

Also you're using the form wrong.
Also, unless he was busted for multi's, they won't tell you why (or even if) he's banned. The best scenario would be to ask him yourself.

Just a guess though

From my understanding from reading of forums and the rules that you do run ip checks quite frequently to check for multi-accounts to keep the game fair to all that play.. I am just wondering how come they are just being noticed as multi?

Okay so each account is created years apart from one another, they play quite a few games together but I noticed that they have also played quite a few games with other players besides one another.. I am not sure how well your ip software works if it took over 2 years to catch that.. Please revisit this and if you could please point me in the direction where I can discuss that if they person is part of a clan that the clan leaders can be notified so it does not F*** up any Clan Wars etc....

And this wasn't the first time this user has been busted for multiple accounts, so it's not like he's always been a clean and upstanding member.
afroaction wrote:Ok so which forum are we supposed to ask why a teammate gets suddenly kicked out with no explanation from the mods? This affects my games and my teammates games. This starting to feel like a witch hunt on my clansman. Phulish being the first, then Rommel in a span of a few weeks, both solid players no posting in cheating reports followed by swift and hard justice from the mods without giving a chance for the accused or his friends to defend themselves or at least give them a heads up so they can. I'm sorry but the mods and the C.C. community have a duty to publicly post every accusation of suspected wrong doing before the sentence is issued. They have it all back- ass-ward and i don't like one bit. In my part of the world you're supposed be innocent until proven guilty. Unfortunately in the CC world that not the way it works.

All those games active standard & teams games that Rommel & Phulish or any vacationed member that were active in should of been deleted and started over with no winners. Regardless of the accused history or ruling. Second of all Night Stalker how would you feel if someone falsely accused you, and some power hungry mod banns you without notice, fucks up a bunch of your games and teammates? That's whole problem with no public posting on rulings or accusations and swift justice.

Your scenario doesn't work because 1) I haven't broken the rule about multiple accounts and 2) the Hunters aren't power hungry. They have specific tools that help them determine whether or not a person is using multiple accounts. If the evidence is strong enough, the person gets busted. Occasionally a bust is actually a family member, whereby the busted person submits an e-ticket and is reinstated to the site. But those instances are far fewer than the number of accounts that are correctly busted.
If you don't like what happens to games when a player is busted, then submit a solution in the Suggestions forum. Bitching about the Hunters won't help you out.
By the way, you've never even tried to provide evidence that the player was actually innocent. All you've done is attack the hunters for ruining your games (even though it was the player who got busted who did the ruining). What would have actually changed if someone had made the accusation in public and then that player was busted the same day or the next day? Those clan games wouldn't have magically finished immediately and be unaffected by the bust. The person broke the rules of the site and were punished for it. This isn't the public sector where a person gets a trial a year later over some rule-breaking event.

At KOA with any new clan member, before acceptance we ask multihunters to run a check on their account.
Maybe time to consider a new policy, and run a check on ur existing members.
