Okay, so, like, [player]samuelc812[/player]'s birthday was October 19th, and [player]thenobodies80[/player] posted on his wall "Happy 45th birthday!" or something of the like, and I was like "Whoa! Holy crap! I thought Sam was, like, in his late twenties or early thirties!" So I posted, like, this two-wall-message-long post, saying "Happy 45th" and reminiscing about my 45th birthday only to find out nobodies is a dirty liar!

Quirk Jr turned 3 a week ago. We had a little party and I grilled some hamburgers. I couldn't take any time off of work due to inventory. I worked 50 hours. So I took this week off. We are staying with my parents for a few days. I turn 40 on Tuesday.

In the interest of full disclosure I should acknowledge that I am a Warner Robins High School Demon. My mother and brother are as well. Also know as the Dixie Demons, my high school fight song was "Dixie". They changed it after I graduated in '89. They tried to change the mascot but a lot of the alumni protested and they backed down. When I was in school this image was everywhere. These days, not so much

I did a Google search for 'Demon Protest', because I was going to post something in response to AoG, but then I found this, Quirk. It's about Warner Robins and protesting and demons!

Yeah, there is a lot of that. I didn't know where the name came from. It makes sense. Warner Robins has a large Air Force base.

School officials say they have no plans to change the name. The mascot honors a World War II fighter squadron nicknamed the "Screamin' Demons."
