-there will be 8 groups of 4 players each that will have a round robin
-each player will player another player TWICE
-each country will be asked to choose a home map from the options in each group (messages will be sent out when Part 1 starts)
-first and second players ranked in that group will advance into Part 2
-in an event of a tie there will be ONE tie breaker game played on the map "Asia"
-there will be 1 point awarded for winning at a home map and 2 at an away map
