seems to be a lot of interest.....may i suggest increasing to 20 or 24 players (that way i can get in)

I don't send out invites to any tourneys. Shrug. You are currently on top of the reserve list, so if I don't hear back from either of two people I'm waiting on in an amount of time which suits me you'll be in. I will not be increasing the number of players . Maybe I'll have do to a Jeopardyesque tournament of champions after this one. We'll see.

Over half the people who signed up did so improperly in some form or another. I know some of you may not be native English speakers, but was I really asking too much?

At present we are full up, but I am waiting to hear back from two people on a couple matters so the tournament field is not yet set.

I heard back from the two players and one dropped out so ubcman64 you're in. I now consider the tournament field locked and await privileges to get the ball rolling.

New rounds will only start once all games from the previous round have completed or tied. I try to get out games promptly and direct you to games by invite. If some part of that does not work for you just let me know; I am flexible.

Invites for Rounds 5 and 6 went out last night as maybe of you have already noticed. If you haven't seen the updated scoreboard I suggest you do as spots 1-9 in the standings are separated by just 3 points!

Of special note is that ubcman64 is currently topping the standings by virtue of the fact that he managed to push one of his losses long enough to earn a tie out of it. Never give up; never surrender!

Marshallbobby brought to my attention an error I had made in score keeping so I went through and re-did the standings to make sure everything else was accurate. I had accidentally credited Marshallbobby with a win in a game which rmjw10 actually won. Of course, now I am having troubles with Photobucket, but I imagine I'll have the scoreboard up by tomorrow.
