I do not recall any infractions on either Timminz' or Juan's part regarding nipples. I had my avatar forcibly changed over a nipple once, but that was because it was an ambiguous nipple and you couldn't tell for sure whether it belonged to a male or a female person, it was not counted as an infraction. These nipples are clearly not ambiguous, and what with the "hunky and sexy" thread or what it's called still being tolerated there is little reason to take any disciplinary action here.

However, posting pictures of topless men in threads that were not originally about topless men is highly likely to fall under spamming and/or off-topicing, so don't get any ideas. Creating a huge number of threads about topless men will also count as spamming. Use the search function to find the thread I mentioned before (you'll definitely know it when you see it) and feel free to bump it with content if you feel the need to post pictures of men showing off their naked upper bodies.
