that sounds kind of like a lie considering a big part of this game is role play. In your defense commander did say that the role play wouldn't be strictly enforced but I believe he also said that people who were ignoring their role play would be replaced or modkilled or something.

Until they do post, I consider them an inactive. When ckyrias posted, he no longer was inactive. Since he has gone silent since then, he is now lurking. And that's scummier than being inactive.

Ok, I think there's a difference between role play and post restriction. Not following your post restriction can lead to a variety of punishments that generally mean either losing night actions or perhaps a modkill. Roleplaying I think is somewhat more optional, especially if there isn't a PR.
