Or, maybe you know, ordering your troops to rape women who protest.

But yeah, Obama is probably worse, apparently.

even though that crime is far harsher, you have to admit it affects a small number of people.

Sinking a country will screw everyone in it, and if America goes bankrupt I guarantee that ripple will be felt the world over and the crime rate will skyrocket and far more people will be massacred by even more governments, including starvation and freezing to death etc. Gotta consider the scenario the "another great depression" unprovable negative Obama keeps scaring us with. Going bankrupt will do that.

A great many things. I find it disconcerting that you don't recognize them.

"worst" is extremely vague. i'm sure there are at least three leaders up there who are the worst at a particular aspect of leadership.

Have I managed to pin down the king of dodge? I think that Obama is not as bad as Colonel Qaddafi. I also don't think that Obama has unilateral control over the economy, and that, so far there's no evidence that he's ordered rape as a governmental policy against political opponents.

Will you dodge this, too? I'm not sure if I can make it any more basic.

obama has much more influence than any of the others. if your metric for "worst" is "having the most negative influence overall", and you felt obama made poor decisions, then he could be the worst.

Of course not. I've never dodged anything in my life. For the 139th time, anyone who thinks I'm dodging them....I'm right here, anytime. Bring it! Yes sometimes I am at my girlfriends for 2 days in a row, sometimes I go out of town. I do not read every thread, or every post, so some will just never be seen. Is there something with you I dodged? What is it? lets deal with it now?

As for what I am supposedly dodging, let me make sure I have your question right....

I think that Obama is not as bad as Colonel Qaddafi. I also don't think that Obama has unilateral control over the economy, and that, so far there's no evidence that he's ordered rape as a governmental policy against political opponents.

hmm. How in the world do you dodge a statement? Are we having some kind of across the pond miscommunication here?

I am pretty sure the question was

Sinking a country will screw everyone in it, and if America goes bankrupt I guarantee that ripple will be felt the world over and the crime rate will skyrocket and far more people will be massacred by even more governments, including starvation and freezing to death etc. Gotta consider the scenario the "another great depression" unprovable negative Obama keeps scaring us with. Pretty sure that land the dodge ball in your court. :-s

so, what about the results of a depression as I offered them to you do you find trollish. I didn't ask you why Gaddafi was worse than Obama etc.

WHO YOU CALLIN DODGE KING! 8-)

Erm- you're coming across a bit madder than usual on this and the other thread. I've got no interest in talking to you when you're acting kinda drunk. Post back when I can make sense of what your arguments are anywhere beyond "Obama is evil, obviously".

I thought it was your drunkedness that made you dodge my question and then call me the dodge king?

now, THIS is a nice dodge. phatscotty should try to emulate this dodging style. much more subtle and refined.

No kidding. Talking about blinders.

I hope those who vote Obama, Cameron or anyone of that sort experience a couple of weeks in Syria or Morocco to see what a "bad leader" really means.

I did not vote for President Obama (I voted for Greece baby!), but I would be willing to bet the United States under President Obama has killed more people than any of the other leaders' countries have.
Would have worked if Papoulias was actually still in politics :P but Bush:Obama::Papoulias:Papandreou

I don't personally believe that's a legitimate criteria for "worst leader" when taken as a single data point.

I don't disagree, which is one of the reasons I didn't vote for him.

Fair play- about 90% of that was just not wanting to have to deal with the editing of his post. It's kind of a mess, and picking it apart to figure out if it meant anything beyond "Obama is evil" would just have been a massive pain. So yeah- bit of a dodge there.

I never said anything close to Obama is evil.

I said, to paraphrase, Obama is spending us into oblivion, and I added that the consequences of his actions will have world wide-implications, and that your exmaples in Syria and Libya, while noted as truly evil and also far beyond Obama, will only affect a tiny number of people, comparatively.

When and given person wakes up one morning and see's that their life savings has been eviscerated overnight and their dollars are only worth pennies now, it may very well be the case that they wished they had gone back and took a stand against an issue and yes maybe even given their life for it. It might be better than wasting your whole life only to be robbed through hyper-inflation.

i haven't and I don't think I will. Idk enough about the leaders, only what is going on in some of the countries.

I thought about voting Greece, but I think their leaders are now agreeing to Austerity measures, so that is good.

Well, at least that explains why you ruled out North Korea- their leader has some pretty harsh austerity measures already.

At least your vote makes sense

How can people equate terrible economic leadership as being even close to murdering ones own citizens or intimidating them into submission?

I didnt compare the actions. (if you are talking about me)

I pointed out the size and scale of suffering from those actions. I could ask it this way, which is worse....An economic decision that caused global starvation and depression, or one leader putting the gun up to one persons head and pulling the trigger himself. Of course the act is as evil as it gets, and a bad economic decision may have the best of intentions, but I am only talking about the overall results. also, I have not voted, only citing a likely possibility as to why Obama has so many votes.

I have been open and up front about that, as well as judging the murderers as evil.

I also put it this way..

When any given person wakes up one morning and see's that their life savings has been eviscerated overnight and their dollars are only worth pennies this morning, it may very well be the case that they wished they had gone back and took a stand against an issue and yes maybe even given their life for it.
