True enough, although I would still like to hear about VS`s connection before I switch votes.

Eh well, you should have see it sooner. VS is a mason recruiter. I saw it right away earlier. Everyone who joins our mason group gets an extra investigation.

So, what was Victor's extra investigation?

And did you have a chance to accept or deny?

a. Not certain, we kinda ran out of time to talk, I didn't get masoned with him till half way through the night. And yes accept/deny is an option.

Alright, that means GT was not lying at all regarding his PM/invitation. If even GT who was mafia had the option to accept and join the masonry, how exactly can Victor be sure Edocsil is town?

Because your WC turns to town when you are Recruited. The role is incredibly powerful, with a major weakness of being able to be denied.

Still town, my new WC is just worded slightly differently from my old one and mentions my mason partners. All the recruits will get the same WC, regardless of their original WC.

So if we are to believe you, there's actually a way for both mafia and town to win together. All mafia has to do is declare themselves and promise not to use any NK they might have, and Victor recruits all of them one by one. Seems like a decent offer, given we have offed two of them already.

Theoretically. I would personally settle for anyone saying that they would like to be recruited, may be hard to get someone to admit to being scum.

Well yes, but if all the cellar cards have been dealt and are true, then we already have several "confirmed townies" and recruiting a townie should in theory do nothing. The thing with mafia revealing themselves is that they give up trying to kill us (and VS) in exchange for winning. If they back out of the agreement, we should be able to simply lynch them and win anyways.

Sergeant Grey looks at the Chief, "Well... 'Boss' not that I don't trust you, you certainly have angered enough of these wretched killers to be proven not one, however, I think we might need a sacrifice..." a crazed smile just barely appears on his lips, "someone..... should uh, go to the kingdom of heaven to confirm your credentials... " he looks to the others "I'm not a killer at heart, but to survive we must make compromises...What say you, shall we test his devotion?"

in non-creepy role-play form, I am suggesting we lynch edoc to prove vic isn't a cult recruiter, is he comes up town we let everyone win, if he come up cult, well duh...
And scum, if you don't want to die you will not send in a kill if vic is legit town recruiter, if you do you will force our hand and make us continue whooping you.

But the chief was confirmed as town by lalaland...who was scum. However, she would have no reasons to lie if Victor was cult, since they would be in different factions. Heck, it would have been profitable to not lie and say the chief was scum, instead of clearing him.

So, I very doubt that Victor is cult. I will buy the mason recruiter claim without the shadow of a doubt.

What lalaland did really didn't make a ton of sense period, but perhaps you are right, The DO NOT KILL ANYONE thing still stands though obviously.

If Victor is a cult recruiter whose powers can fail depending on the target's will, it is actually fair to assume that he would have an innocent card to counter that glaring weakness.

I like /'s suggestion of testing Victor's alignment by lynching Edocsil (I was actually going to suggest that if he had said he was mafia turned town - would also ask him to out the rest of his former team -, but it is also useful - although not that much - with a claim of town turned town). Then, if there are no NKs (mafia compromising) we can no lynch (town compromising) while Victor slowly makes everyone win the game.

Sounds like a boring deal, but http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IMk5sMHj58I . :D

Yes, and the odds of him been a cult recruiter that gives 2 investigations, have a non-guilty card and having people choose to join or not are so slim I barely see them with a microscope...

Well, obviously I don't care for that suggestion much at all. Odds are some vig or scum is going to kill us during the night anyways, why don't you let that plan rest, there really isn't a whole lot to suggest that we are anything but what we have claimed.

Ok, unvote vote Target.

Target is now the scummiest player remaining I think. Time to amp the pressure up.

Target, if you give us the rest of the names, then VS can recruit you tonight and we can all win.

Yoshi, can you elaborate on this theory? The truth/falsehood of that could completely change the way we play.

He doesn't need to elaborate on it at all. It is completely obvious that the scum were given fakes.

Screw this, I am gambling.

I am Miss scarlet, Mafia. Lala was with me, Gt was NOT in my mafia, so there is 2 groups, or one group and a few loners.

I wish to be recruited tonight.

If you guys lied and you kill me, I'll be pissed....as much as edoc in POTC ( I tried edoc..I really did..)

Rofl. I actually deleted my role pm, so I had a choice between a few names, forgot which was mine.

It seems I am Madame Rose then.

I have some questions.

1 - Did your group kill Pyrhhus or Commander on N1?
2 - Who did your group target on N2? Do you have a clue why there was no kill (a roleblock message, for instance)?
3 - What about N0? Did your group have anything to do with the NPC death or with Edoc's attempted murder?
4 - Did the mods give you the Ms. Silver fakeclaim? If fakeclaims were given, why didn't Lala use one?
5 - How big is your mafia? 3/4/5/6?
6 - Can you confirm the existence of a Mr. Boddy?
