The "Cheap Tactics" tag is probably unjustified, but the rating is, as in my opinion any time someone brings profanity into chat they are crossing a line with certain people who may not want to be exposed to that.

I'm down to see 5 examples of bad ratings, but they all look justified to me.

I rarely interact with opponents, and in this Game 8314211 i didn't talk outside the team check. as a result, this kid [player]kebab94[/player] tagged me "silent (which is very understandable) and rated me 1s. look at his profile. he's busted.. no idea why.
