May means two things: Spring is here and the Caps will choke.
Spring has been here (in the Northern Hemisphere) since March...
You note my seasonal error but say nothing about my Caps comment... How telling.
Well, I didn't say anything about the Caps comment because like your seasonal error, I'm fairly sure the Caps didn't make it to May last year, or the year before (not that that's a good thing either...).
I'm a Wings fan, but the one team I thought they couldn't get past is San Jose. I am very familiar with the Shark's playoff history, but I think this is their year. They've dominated a Detroit team that looked like the best team in the league during Round 1.
That said... if Detroit can win tonight, and force a Game 6 back at the Joe... LET'S GO RED WINGS!

I must admit, Serbs, I only post in this thread, year after year to taunt you when the Sharks play the Wings(in case you haven't noticed)
I must say that I'm startled that Tampa beat Washington in four games! That's incredible. Tampa really scrambled vs. a weakened Pittsburgh, but then annihilated Washington, which was virtually at full strength? Wooo hooo! Jubilation! I have not and will not ever favour Washington. Plus, Tampa has so many former Leafs that they and Vancouver are who I'm hoping to see in the final round.
San Jose will total Detroit in game six... Just saying. I've heard a lot of talk about Datsyuk, but what about Patrick Marleau? The man's on fire!!!

On fire - if you call 0 points in the series "on fire"! I for one hope he stays "red hot"! Datsyuk, meanwhile, is playing injured, and is still the best player on the ice.

Roenick ripped him a new one on VS the other night. Yikes...

I know. I'm confused how anyone watching the series would think that he's playing well at all!
Canucks scored 2 early goals in Nashville and held on to end that series and now wait to see who's next. The Sharks didn't do well against them this year... the Wings gave Van a tougher go.
Do you know the way to San Jose? The puck stops there Thursday evening. 1 - 3Final
Detroit DOMINATED this game. I don't know if having Ryan Clowe out made that much of a difference for the Sharks, or if this is just your typical San Jose choke, or if the Wings are finally taking over, but whatever it is - we gotta win one more in California! GO WINGS!!!
