Is there min/max games number for any one member of a team?

Each member of the team must play at least one game to qualify for the winners' medals. This may seem low, but if the team wants to waste a player spot by having them only play one game, that's up to them! There is no maximum as I appreciate that the number of games different players would be willing to take on will vary hugely.
