I didn't like to say anything, after picking him up in the 7th post.

Shouldn't that be VDLL
Thought he might be doing it deliberately now.

I've predicted a similar score but spoils can change things in a hearbeat ! 2nd batch will be interesting
Good luck for part 2.

Spoils might change in a heartbeat, but you've already taken a significant lead. Games that have finished can't change anymore... Talking about changing fortunes, congratulations on a nice win on Iberia. There were moments when I considered that game almost won for us.

We also had that game almost written off. If we hadn't got der sniffter so soon after your killing of me, then I don't think we'd have made it.

You must be happy to see we just won the D-Day game, if you're obsessively looking. That game was an interesting one, the spoils made the difference. So far the best game I've played in this challenge.

You are not the only one. I generally check once a day. If the wars come down to the wire - like our win against Empire in the CLA quarterfinals - I start checking multiple times a day.
It might be a sickness.

Isn't it a bit early to count the Europa game as a win for us? Sure, we are going to win it, but we haven't actually won yet. Jetsetwilly is still in the game.

Agreed. Even though the end result looks to be pretty one sided, I know that at least I personally can look back on some great games.

Yeah, you guys are awesome teamplayers, but I hope we have shown to be a worthy adversary in some of our games. Have fun in the last few games and see ya'll around.

A very enjoyable challenge, plus I got to play against a bunch of folks I had never encountered before. Good luck in the future.

You never know with escalating spoils. But that seems to be the only game where we might get that 13th victory.

not likely, I cannot believe their and our dice. I would have thought the game had ended 2 turns ago, but we hang in there. however. it does not look good at all....

Now that the last game is brought to an (unfortunate) close, I would once again want to thank you for a series of very entertaining games. Congratulations, I'm hoping for the best results for you in future rounds.
