I'm about 2 years behind, because that's how long it takes for DVDs to reach us here in the in the 3rd world, and I usually only go watch independent movies at the cinema which is again a few years after the rest of the world sees them.

I don't recognize any of the actors, and my search fu is not working. IMDB location=Hamburg, keyword=machine-gun gives no movies after 2004. Google movie hamburg sud machine-gun or without the sud doesn't give an answer, nor does it help if I include 2010.
djak, you forgot one keyword: Sweden. There's enough legible text in the screenshot after Hamburg to figure out which country it is.
