Round 9 is sent out. Results have been updated on the first page. There are 7 people who have passed the halfway mark, that is they have 50 points or greater.

I have a feeling we are going to lose 2 more players in this tournament. I might have another reserve lined up and will send him an invite once my current invites expire. As for the second player, that game will have to be cancelled and recreated as a 7 player game instead.
Game 8373454 will probably be the game that is cancelled, so players in this game you may receive new invites later today.

As suspected, 2 players failed to join within the allotted time. I was able to replace one with KingJames38 and he has already joined his game. I didn't have a reserve for the other player, so I've recreated a new game with 7 players instead and sent out new invites. The 7 player game will be assigned randomly for future rounds.

Round 12 games are created and I'll be sending out invites in a moment. There are a few players who have approximately 20 points to go to hit the goal of 100. So after this Round, I'm going to let the games complete before sending out a new round of games (if it's needed).

For Game 8423273, it was won by victory conditions rather than eliminating all opponents. There were three players remaining when the victory conditions were met. That player gains the full 12 points, as for the other two, I assigned second and third place based on troop count.

There are a few others who can make it to 100 points in 12 games. I didn't decide on a tie breaker in the first post, so I will probably have to come up with one for those of you who all made it to 100 points in the same amount of games.
I might just do a final game among all of you and winner takes all. Or the person who has the most points after 12 games wins (if there is no tie again). I haven't decided yet. For those of you who will meet this criteria, let me know your thoughts, and will use the option that the most of you prefer.

I predict the person with the most points will vote for that option, and everyone else will vote on a tiebreaker game. It's probably better if you decide something now.
Congrats to dragon dor for ripping the victory from my hands.

I just updated points for that game and I saw that. I wonder if he did it on purpose.
I've just updated a couple more games and it changes up who will be able to make it to 100 in 12 games, a couple people got knocked out of the running. Only one other person can make it to 100 in 12 games. If he does, he will score higher than dragon, and as I don't want this game to finish with a 1v1 game, I will go with higher score wins.

I think the player that has the most points beyond 100 in even amount of games should win. I had assumed it was that way from the beginning, but a tie breaker game for those at 100 or more works as well. I would assume the tiebreaker is simply winner takes all. I also assume the settings would be the same.
My thoughts on the situation - given that the entire purpose of the tournament was to collect points, I would say whomever got a greater number over 100 in the same number of games would be the winner.
