There is a far bigger space between 14 and 18 than there is between 24 and 28. At 18 you are expected to show some maturity that you don't have at 14.

oh? it is? Perhaps in the old days, Nowadays I am still looked on as a Kid, nothing has changed from 14 to 18, and I am quite mature, just not on here, My friend can tell you why :D

the only thing you get when you turn 18 is the title of adulthood and the fact that your actions are held accountable to you only.. your maturity doesn't change till you grow up, and that takes time or hard trials..
