Removing an Reserved player

I have reserved a player for two games, but I have been informed that the player has quick playing CC, so how do I get that slot cleared so I can get someone else to join?

Just wait 24 hours and the invite drops automatically. Then you can invite someone else or pm a few people with the pw to the private game.
