I have not played very many team games, so I apologize for my ignorance here.
I was in a triples game. The middle player on the OPFOR went idle. All of his terts and troops reverted to the ownership of the 1st (top) player on that team. This resulted in a very different scenario than before this player idled out. Fortunately the course of the game continued its trajectory (we were winning and won).
Can someone elaborate on how idling out in team games works? I assumed (I know) that the terts and troops would revert to neutral.
How can I predict which other teammate will gain control of all of the idler's terts/troops? I.E. Is it the first listed player, random, or some other predictable methodology?
