OK please give me some direction. Just how did he throw the game in the first round? The first round was troop deployment. As far as the cussing, there were no rules violated there.

first round was deploying, second game he totally gave it to green
1st round i deployed on mexico city, then ...

green still had all his troops so he won without even doing a thing

Not being able to see how many troops were on each country I can only assume that red deployed with the intent on taking NA. Your fortification to Havana was more likely seen as a threat to him. His comment in chat is what makes me think that. I don't think his intention was to throw the game but I am going to NOTE this report.

i had 2stacks on mexico and havana, he killed em both knowing that green would win ... his comment made me think that green was taking red out first then me even tough im not sure why
