wait, how did I give him an alibi? Just because he's not here doesn't automatically make him not scum. And besides, who said anything about it being a psionic fire? He could have psionicly dimension doored away(if he has those abilities). Also another flaw in your logic is buildings may not have been as sturdy and thus a pyrokinetic could set them on fire(who here is over 60 years of age and thus can actually verify this). So then unvote vote / for having flawed logic.
