Quick question: top four advance - is that the top four of each group or the top four total (group leaders).

In other words: 4-person bracket or 16-person bracket? If it's 16, how will the brackets be formed?

It's tp four in each group so 16 players. The brackets are formed using typical International Athletic round robin knockout stages
