Got banned for mass-spam posting with a bunch of guys while drunk (think Juan-Bottom mentioned it - could have been the same incident) Got banned for calling a young member a "moron and waste of my time" Got banned for calling an annoying member a tool in a closed report that the annoying member had bumped. Also used the opportunity to link to a song by Tool.
I feel like I'm forgetting something else - but rest assured, it was as equally lame as the others.
EDIT: Toby banned me for pointing out his hypocrisy in a thread. He warned everyone not to post off-topic, and promptly went spazztacular posting off-topic himself. I asked him if he'd give himself a warning for his crime, and earned myself a ban.

DOUBLE EDIT TO AVOID A BAN FOR A TRIPLE POST: This is my first post in well over a month. I've been taking a cue from ol' saxitoxic by self-banning myself. It does a body good.
TRIPLE FREAKING EDIT: Actually, it has just come to my attention that I also posted in Heavycola's thread, making this the second return post of the Serbian era. Heavycola brings out the best in me. Just like my Vanilla Coke/Famous Grouse cocktail (with a lime) I made myself last night. Actually, I made two of them. About half coke, half whiskey. And 100% awesome.
I may have had the odd warning but have escaped a ban because of my awesome playing skills and the fact that Chrissie has the serious hots for me........nice T Shirt by the way

Seems harsh to me. I notice that the bans just go up and up. There's no going back the other way. No time off for good behavior. That's sort of not cool IMO. It's like bans are more of a way of pigeon holing members instead of truly being discipline.
I was never banned because, unlike you reprobates, I a am a humble and Mod-fearing person. I was warned once, by Twill, but I apologized and I was never warned again.

I've reported just about every single person in The Club. Most of them multiple times.
I generally operate on the philosophy that if you read a post and you think there's something wrong with it - flaming, baiting, poor spelling, broken link, etc. - it's better just to report the author and let the Valued Mods sort it out. Even if you can't point exactly to something that's wrong with a post but just have a gut feeling, report it just to be safe. Let's come together and make SAFETY our #1 Priority.
