I apologize for the Abandoned Tournaments I've had over the time.
Please understand, I'm 10 years old, and sometimes I'm just too busy, or don't get on CC enough. Therefore, this will be held in the summer, and I guarantee I won't let you down this time. I promise.

Ok, so now let's get going with the details.
12 (possibly more or less) countries of your choice will battle it out to determine the CC World Champion! Each team will have 4 players. Your team will play on their favorite maps.

Format
Qualification
So there will be 3 groups of 4 teams. Each team will play a 'series' against every other team in their group once. Each series consists of 2 Doubles Games and 1 Quad, and will be played on the home teams map. A doubles win is worth 2 points, A quad win worth 5 points, and if a team loses all the games in a series, they will get a 1 point penalty!
The top 2 teams in each division will advance.
Championship Final
The 6 qualifying teams will play in 1 group, where they will play every other team once.
Each team will play 5 'series', therefore the group winners will get 3 home games, and two away, the others vice-versa.
The series are different this time. Each series consists of 2 Doubles Games, 1 Triples game and 1 Quad. Therefore one player will play one less game than the others, which is fine. The scoring is the same except a triples win is worth 3 points.
The winner will be crowned CC World Champion!!!
Team Captain
The team captain will receive all games for their team and it is his responsibility to send them to his team members. If a player does not join within 48 hours, Blue Card for the players missing. The player may report a complaint saying he did not get the PM from a team captain, and the Team Captain could be stripped from his responsibilities or given a yellow card for the situation. The team captain is also in charge of reporting any resignations, absences or any other situation that would impact their teams performance to me by PM and we'll work it out.
Discipline
A Blue Card may be given for the following:
not being able to report a absence
not joining a game within 48 hours
small mistakes that causes confusion among other players or delay
other situations that I deem appropriate for a blue card
A Yellow Cardwill give the player a 1 series suspension and may be given for:
2nd blue card
not joining a game within 60 hours
failure to obey the referee that causes small delay or confusion
big mistakes that causes confusion among other players
not doing captaincy duties in a fluid manner
a unacceptable degree of trash-talking
other situations that I deem appropriate for a yellow card
A Red Card will eject the player or/and team from the competition and in most cases a reserve will replace. A red card will be given when:
3rd blue card
2nd yellow card
failure to obey the referee that causes large delay or confusion
big mistakes that causes confusion among other players and/or causes delay
not joining a game within 72 hours
deadbeating
a high and unacceptable degree of trash-talking
not doing captaincy duties at all
other big situations that I deem appropriate for a red card
Other discipline might be handed out if required

This tournament is open to freemiums; please keep 2 slots open in Qualification, and 3 slots open in the Finals.

If I make any mistakes in creating the games, I will call a replay.
You cannot reserve a team. When signing-up you must have a team; no reservations.
No applications will be counted without a form.
