It's a noise that doesn't really have much meaning as far as I'm aware, aside from whatever you can figure out from the noise itself.
...Although it does have 3 acronyms:
MEEP

* Minnesota Education Effectiveness Plan
My guess is Johnny is referring to the last one.

Meh... I'm really not looking forward to today... 5K run in 2 hours, then I'm playing in goal for a 5-a-side footie team tonight. AND I've got to fit in revision for my non-calculator maths exam! Life isn't fair...

johnny, 5k aint all that hard, it takes all of 18 minutes out of your life. And then your playing goal, easy day. Maths on the other hand,.....eh...that sucks hard buddy. best of luck
