I have posted some info about the Qualifying Round (see here).

We are going to play with 10 groups of 4 teams, which will play a round robin with each other. After that the top 2 teams of every group go through to the main event. Since we have 43 teams, 3 teams get a bye and we'll play the main event with 23 teams (i.e. 22 rounds). The ranking within the groups is decided by wins over other teams. Every team plays 3 rounds, so you can have maximum 3 wins. In case of a tie in wins, the points won will decide the ranking. If there still is a tie after that, a quad game will be played (best of 3, map to be decided). Because of the amount of teams, and the teams with a bye, the results will NOT carry over to the main event. This also ensures that no team has an advantage with the maps and settings.

The groups, maps & settings and schedule are all posted in the third post on page 1. The Team Captains will need to send me the player assignments for ALL 3 qualifying rounds as soon as possible. The deadline for sending me the assignments is May 12, if I don't have them by then I will do the player assignments. Please use the following format and send it to me by PM:
