I have reviewed the complaint. The judgment was for creation of the file, not placement.

Normally, under circumstances such as this, I would order the complainant and the complained-about to kiss and make-up, however, the relationship between Timminz and jefjef is so tepid I hereby order an extended make-out session between the two, lasting not less than 45-minutes. Because I suspect Timminz and jefjef are multis of each other this will require a mirror which the complainant will bear the cost of purchase, however, that cost may be deducted from his CC renewal.

The accused is found liable for false claims of precognition. However, the accusers avatar makes the adjudicator squeal with delight such that a punishment cannot be ordered at this time.
