I've made 2 tickets to try and get a game deleted that was messed up because of the bugs (speed game missed several bonuses because of the problems, 1 of which got me off to a very slow start and the other got me eliminated) and i've been told to deal with it and that fixing one game that got severely messed up isn't worth keeping a paying customer happy but i guess you guys already have my money for this year so i suppose he doesn't care
Arbotross, it's isn't humanly possible to fix all these games. Even though the error is unfair, once people continue playing deleting the whole game can be unfair as well so our policy is not to go there. It's not that we don't care about our customers, we just don't have a reasonable solution.
However, you got me thinking... and I think we can do better with that policy.
We will now delete any games affected by a known server issue or bug as long as all surviving players (or winners) agree to deletion in the game chat.
I will instruct our support team to reply to all new etickets accordingly.

Well, I cant take any credit there. I continued to play and just wait for the map to be loaded, and was able to get through every turn I started, not to say it was not a little scary at times.
I'm Spanking Monkey now....err...I mean I'm a Spanking Monkey now...that shoots milk Too much. I know.

I like that very much! I'd also like to see this policy applied to mistakes made by the mods (such as when jefjef got kicked from all his games) but this is a great first step, lack!
