The vigilante(?) has shown the ability to kill players utterly, and thus in a "cult" situation where there are presumably more scum as time passes it is most wise to eliminate suspicious players as fast as possible.

Killed players become Zombies. Lynched people become good imobile corpses. Hence, if people stop NK-ing and DK-ing, no more Zombies will be recruited.
Of course, if you are a Zombie King or something, then I appologize for raining on your parade.

The main point I was making is it could possibly be unwinnable in that case, it seems kind of unfair (and extremely unlikely) for a mod to give someone a role that potentially breaks the game with their action alone, especially if they are sk or mafia.
