This tourney sounds interesting, but maybe you should rethink the excluded settings. You don't want to create "no spoil" games 'cause they might last to long.
I checked my "flat rate" games, standard and terminator. From 136 games there where 8 games (=6%) lasting longer than 100 rounds. 1 on prohibition chicago (334 rounds) but most of them on world 2.1. The longest took 375 rounds and lasted 18 month. 1 is still active on round 337, started on christmas last year. It's allmost guaranteed that a 2.1 game lasts that long no matter whether it's sunny or foggy.

The maps are random. It's the "luck" of the draw what map you get.
