As of next round, we will no longer be using random.org to determine who you play, but rather, who is closest to your rank at the creation of the games.

Also, you cannot play the same person twice in a row; therefore, when it looks like this rule will be violated, we will move to the 2nd closest, and then after that, the closest can be used again.

Why change the rules/set-up in the middle of the tournament? Doesn't make sense.

Match 1: All players will randomly play a random opponent each set of 5 maps. At the end of Batch 27, the highest wins of 16 players move onto Round 2. Ties will be dealt with by total # of Rounds in Batch 27; ie, whoever won their last 5 games quickest will move on.

I was losing a lot of players, and 2 people said they refused to join any games with Colton24, so I considered it. However, I changed my mind; I don't like them anyways.

I am, however, making a new policy idea, which will be PM'd to everyone soon, maybe tomorrow. It has to do with winning all 5 games, and being able to choose your opponent. And, unless I receive a giant amount of opposition, it may happen.

Lets move on to the next batch, shall we?

I fully agree. By joining a tournament you are stating that you will play all games, not just some. Refusal to join should mean that you forfeit all 5 games for that batch.

Instead of giving people lots of forfeit wins, I've been replacing them. I've been constantly looking for reserves, and as such, have been able to replace many players that haven't shown up.

My internet crashed last Friday. Therefore, come Monday, there will be Batch 8 and 9 coming out; so be ready, the PM's will be coming.

The 10 remaining Batch 7 games will get game invites for those missing. Any still missing monday are replaced.
