That's the way Walter Cronkite would end the CBS news broadcast. I grew up watching him every night.
Ah ok. I knew it had something to do with the media just didn't know what or where.

80's was the best decade.
I disagree.
in the 1700 the best decade was the 70s in the 1800 the best decade was well lets say none!!! and in the 1900 it would have to be the 20s
Hmm...1800s I'm gonna just say 1820s. Not great but less bad than some of the other decades. 1800-1809 Adams, threats of war, etc. balanced out by Louisiana Purchase. 1810-1819 War of 1812. 1830-1839 tensions start to build between North and South. Trail of tears. 1830s-1870s-lot of tension between North and South including a war. 1840s-1850s-not much went right during htis period. 1860s-civil war do I need to say more? 1870s-post civil war problems. 1880s-1890s I don't have much to say about these. I'll agree with 1920s just because I can't make a good argument for any other decade.
i could make an argument for the 50s but i like the 20 alot better

The bad news is I haven't played a CC game in a while so I joined 2. I'm close to being out of the first one and I'm not doing much in the second. The good news is it's Monday and I don't feel like going on a tri-state killing spree. Which is a change for me.

My toast just tasted like vegemite. However, I did not have any vegemite on my toast, only butter. This is a strange thing. Do you guys even know what vegemite is?

Strike i know you are a music fan. Not too many bands that you and I may apprecaite, but a lot of great indie acts are playing the day I'm going. Only guy from the 70s or 80s is Lou Reed, and that will be awesome.
