With how mature and enlightened most liberals claim to be
you'd think they'd come up with something better than petty schoolyard humor.

I know they aren't, however the way MSNBC, as well as many other "news" agencies, like to report or present things just never cease to amaze me.

I've yet to meet a liberal that has claimed to be mature or enlightened. In fact, most I've are light hearted folks who laugh at silly jokes and just want to have fun with the people around them...

I think conservatives definitely have that image of liberals. Plenty of possible reasons why, but there's no doubt Republican politicians have been taking advantage of it (if not creating it at least to some extent) at least since the Civil Rights movement (think terms like "effete" or "elitist" or "limousine" liberals).

Like it or not, you are being represented. The reference to the Tea Party is frankly obnoxious once you get past the hilarity of tea-bagging.

Night Strike wrote:In today's rallies, TEA stands for Taxed Enough Already......not actual Tea like in 1773. This is a huge event that happened all over the country, yet it's not much of a story to many media outlets. I bet anti-war rallies would have been covered.![]()
