This tournament is full but we are seeking reserves
This tournament will run just like the Playoffs in the real NHL with 1 exception. that 1 exception is that I will not use the seeding that the NHL does, instead I will seed each team by how many CC points the player representing them has. Here is how it will work... Round 1 will feature 8 1v1 match-ups. 4 in each conference. It will be # 1 seed vs. # 8 seed, 2 vs. 7, 3 vs. 6, and 4 vs. 5 in each conference. each match-up will be 4 out of 7. Games 1, 2, 5 (if necessary), and 7 (if necessary) will follow the higher seeded teams home map and settings. Games 3, 4, and 6 (if necessary) will follow the lower seeded teams home map and settings. To make things go by faster we will have 2 games at a time. after each series is finished we will have 4 teams left in each conference. Now the NHL Playoffs do not follow a bracket, instead after round 1 we make the highest remaining seed play against the lowest remaining, and the 2nd highest vs the 2nd lowest in each conference. It will follow the same settings as the 1st round. after that round there will be only 2 teams left in each conference. Now we will do the semi-finals following the same settings as round 1 and 2. Then the Stanley Cup Finals. It will follow the same setting as the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd round except the player with the most CC points will host game 1, 2, 5 (if necessary), and 7 (if necessary) not the higher seed. The winner of that match-up will be the champion!!!
