no he was a presdient of the good old us of a along time ago 1884 to 1888 then again in 1892 to 1896!!!! yeppers now on to writing a test for the project and quiz
I have studied a certain amount of U.S. history, but I have to admit beyond the name (and I could probably get within a decade or two of the dates)I can remember nothing of Cleveland. He must have been just before the Spanish war, right?
yes it was right befor that war. he was know as the refrom through is first eletion
INcidentally, it was very cruel of you to taunt me with Crumpets. You can buy a very fine ENglish Muffin hereabouts, but not a crumpet. I shall have to find a decent recipe for those, and for my favourite, the pikelet (a sort of flat crumpet, my mouth is watering as I type).
I had a close friend many years ago that everyone called "Dougal", after the dog in the Magic Roundabout (because of his hair). I'd actually known him about two years before I discovered his name was actually John.
Never heard of Dougal. There is this guy i work with that is always misspelling things. I call him targetman and he looks at me like WTF am I talking about.
chuckle. Did you not get the Magic ROundabout in the US? It was a surreal and marvellous thing, at least in the brit version. They made the series in France, and the BBC bought it, but didn't bother with a translation - they just had a guy (forget the name, will google tomorrow) make up stories to the pictures. It became a bit of a cult. I was particularly fond of the point at which Dougal was trapped by being surrounded by "No Entry" signs. And my favourite character was Dylan, the guitar-playing rabbit.

Don't think he really did anything memorable but yes just before the Spanish War.

Thats what they should do with all cartoons. make a series of animations and have the script writers try and work out what the images were intended to mean.
That could actually end up with there being a lot of profoundly ludicrous cartoons around.

nope not a word but i useally do not watch the weather why you know somthing i dont know!!!
It has been blizzarding for the last couple days and only broke off today. Ever heard of white outs? It is when it is snowing and the wind is blowing hard enough that you can't see 5ft in front of you, all you see is white.
