I have been approach by another clan to fusion the two of us together (AoC - Agents of Chaos), but we would have to be "under" them in a way. We'd be part of their clan, which seems to be highly competitive, but we could remain a faction... whatever it means to you, I would like to know if you'd like to join forces, as it seems to be hard to get members. Since players around 1000 pts don't seem to want to be part of a clan or group, I am considering - with everyone's approval - to transfer all of our "members" within their clan.

i think it would make it a little more active, and surely more interesting as to more players would be interacting together! I know I probably PM-ed all of you, but if you could please answer in this thread, it would make it a lot easier!

So what do you think?

ok big boy, this is ppgangster and I remember you sending me a pm about joining clans... as I don't want to have my whole clan recruited by myself, I looked over your clan a little, and I think you are being dissed by too many people. I like to cook to, there is nothing nicer in the world when you cook for your wife or girlfriend and she says: "You know I love you when you cook for me!"

So, that being said, I didn't find much infos on what the clan would really be... saying, what kind of atmosphere do you want it to be in. I had a really friendly/tight approach, as my idea of a clan would be to mainly play team games... as I believe a lot in teams...

As of us joining, I will write on our forum a post and ask everyone's opinion. If the result is positive for a fusion, you keep the clan name as is, but I would like have a "faction" to our name, to also to be able to co-mod, as I would like to get a specific Sub-Forum/Sticky on the Clan forum to mod (about the faction). Anyone could write in it and be welcome to the faction. It could be something like AoC / Gangsta Faction (or something else...)

I know it is a lot of request (or maybe not so really) and it would be a chance to get about 8 or 9 more members in your/our clan! What do you think. You can also pm me!

Either way, It doesn't make a huge difference!

Just as soon as we get a little more active and we start meshing with each other, any advantage to fusing with anything goes out the window!

If you don't particularly feel like organizing games and what not (I know you are running a tourney now), then fuse away!

You should give it a while though; they aren't going anywhere. . . lets see what we've got here!

ok, so far no decision has been made, but we'll give ourselves a little time.

Just start talking to some people and ask if they would like to be part of YOUR clan (because it ain't mine) And like I said, after all the games of my tourney start, if they are all full and I don't have to cover for anyone, then i get premium and start organizing team/Gangsta style games!!! (which means team games) it could be inside the clan games or open games! Cheers Team and let's get a little active in here!

If we don't get active in here, we won't get active in any clan forum anyway!!! So come here to have a look a couple times a week and share your opinion on stuff. I have been doing a lot of that on all the forums on CC so far and have gotten great responses from the community (mostly all of them in clans already / experienced players) but it's been a blast!

ppg, I don't think that is a good idea.
I will tell you, that it will be increadibly difficult to start a clan, and keep it going. A lot of people start out gung ho but lose interest. The best thing to do is to recruit people that you know... and to put a link in your sig (just like you did). You're a smart guy and I think that you can handle this.

There are a couple of clans on CC right now that need members, or would be willing for a total merger. By "merger" I mean that two clans unite, and you come up with a new style and name together.
I know that the competative clans "DC/Marval" and "Rouge State" both need members, and/or would be willing to talk about a complete merger. There were a couple more,... but they've already flopped. Yet there are still prolly some more that I'm just not familer with... maybe Waters, I dunno...
None of the clans that you could merge with will be full of high rankers... they never need any help. It's best to just get some of your friends, or interesting people together... people that you will enjoy playing with.

The competative clan that I am a member of (DBC) would probably be willing to take you guys in too, but not as a merger. Everyone in my clan is equal, and there are no true leaders. We vote on everything (which is why I say probably ). We are highly competative, and all friends... most of us met on CC.

But my advice is to keep on trucking, and try to recruit your friends. And if your mind is set on it, try a full-on merger as opposed to an induction.


Actually, that goes for all of you guys. I've started or been a founder in a few clans now, and It's difficult.

Yeah, me again... for those following this thread (if there are any???) I got an answer from MarVal and we have the go if we want to, I am not just waiting an answer from Sailorseal as a final approval to the merging of the 2 clans for now. Hopefully by friday or next monday I will send an e-ticket as a full recognition of our clan! Cheers!
