well in the normal world dutch is flemish, and since I saw dutch in the title I thought I was qualified, to bad I am not.

Yes, the idea is to have at least one Dutch player on the team, but if I need a 16th team to make this tournament happen I'm willing to accept Negoeien and Riazor as a team.
I'll register you as a reserve team for now if that's ok with you neg.
