Comments: These guys started out with no defensive troops on their mutal boundaries, and used this to take over the game very quickly. This was done in a standard game, with no announcements of treaty. Moreover, they always appeared to move at the same time.

At first, it appeared to be a newbie error, as one claimed. However, one has played at least 6 games, and has been playing for 10 days, while the other has also been playing for a week (3 games). Given that the second one claimed that they had provided more info on this issue than they actually did, I'm thinking they may actually just be the same person.
