Looks like an 80s or early 90s movie, and that's definitely a zombie in the 4th screenshot, but beyond that, I cannot tell.

Yup Ft13th VIII - Freddy takes Manhattan....And it is such a jacked movie because they can't seem to lose him...and they're in NY!! People disappear in this city every other minute and they can't lose a psycho in a hockey mask
