Agreed! I think if I started counting then I have played in 100+ tournaments and this one definitely is one of the best I've ever played it. Smoothly run, especially as it is such a huge tournament. I know from personal experience that these kind of tournaments can be very hard to manage time to time.

thanks guys...I'm looking forward to the tournament phase of this thing, especially since it looks like my Vikings will make the cut this time around. :D

hope I didn't just jinx myself...a late-season swoon sent me to the NIT last season

Either way, I'm sure the "committee" will be more favorable to them this year. :)

Agreed on all accounts. This has been by far the most efficiently run and largest tournament I've played in while at CC, and I"ll certainly be up for joining any tourneys Flex may run in the future. Now time for me to stop posting and get back to practicing for my throwdown this week with Rhode Island!

Game 22s have been sent out and the latest national poll has been posted as well. Less than a month to go before the start of the conference tourneys!!!

Villanova fans are hot after the release of the new poll. This kind of news could not come at a worse time as they travel to West Virginia which is historically a nightmare for them to play on that USA map. Coach HighlanderAttack is saying all the right things to the players like "We know we are number one so let's show them" and "The tournament is what matters", but after winning their 13th in a row and dropping a spot in the polls, it just hurts. Yes, Kansas State has a 9-1 record against top 20 teams, but they only have an 8 game winning streak. Villanova will just keep plugging along and we all hope this news does not jinx them down the stretch.

Villanova gets blown off the court. West Viginia destroys them after they evidently lost focus and the drop from 2nd to 3rd in the polls. That USA court is one of the worst places to play for Villanova. Such a basic court yet HighlanderAttack states "I just can't win on that map" It is the worst place to play along with Africa. I never want to go back.

Great job by West Virginia to steam roll in a few rounds what used to be the number 2 team in CC. HighlanderAttack says they will refocus and get ready for the Big East tournament.

Looks like the pollsters knew what was on the horizon. Also, the program is under investigation according to some local reports about players being supplied with free Milk Duds after a recent team-bonding trip to see "Yes Man"

Highlander Attack has been unavailable for comment on the allegations.

The horribly inconsistent UConn Huskies earn a home victory over Syracuse in Game 3996200.

And add me to the chorus of voices praising flex for this tourney--I've played in (I think) 3 of your tourneys now, and they're always excellent. =D>

I'm not so sure about that - barring a miracle comeback, #2 K State is going to be upset at home by Kansas...game in progress.

Fresno State improves to 10-12 (4-9 WAC/MWC) with a wire-to-wire win over Wyoming, Game 4023612.

And I'll echo the love-fest going on for flexmaster33. Superbly done, sir. You're inspiring me to take on the challenge of tournament organization.

Game 22 CUSA — Wichita State [-The Man-] @ Creighton [amazzony] - Game 4023594

After staying behind in the first quarter, Creighton starts shooting 3-pointers, takes the lead and wins
