I believe NS means that revealing targets after the game is over would potentially reveal the strategies you employ to disguise who you're attacking in an assassin game. Seeing assassin targets revealed in one game would therefore potentially equip you to better figure out who your opponents' targets were in future games.
At least that's what I think he means ...
