Hi all, I used to play risk when I was a small kid and liked it. Of course I didn't understand anything of it. Today I found this site and I would be interested in studying the game, starting from the very basic strategies. Someone interested in helping?

Hi all, i'm looking for a mentor.

As a mentoree, i'm kind of between 1 and 2. Would like to learn assassin games (have won my first, but not sure that my tactics were that good)).

Cheers

Want to know some advanced/intermediate triples tactics and strategies. Mentoree level 4. (Do not check this forum a lot, if we could converse over PMs, it would be a lot easier for me. Thanks)

I am new to the site, however have figured out how to navigate it. I am looking for help in playing games with many people. So far I have played with no cards, since I do not want to add too many features at once to a game. I have only played 6 games, 2 of them are finished, and one is still waiting.

I'm sure there are people better than me offering, but if anyone wants help on standard games or to a lesser degree terminator games, feel free to pm me.
Should note, I know nothing about freestyle/assassin games, but am sure i can give decent general pointers to anyone who would like them.

I'm basically brand new, I'd say a level 1, I've learned to navigate the site and I sort of have a good idea of gameplay, but a lot of the little nuances like the numbers next to territories and cards and stuff like that I still don't know about.

And I have no idea about strategy. But I'm always willing to listen and learn, my weakness (or rather annoying point I guess) is that I ask a lot of questions at first but catch on quick.

It doesn't do to be sentimental about cats; the best ones don't respect you for it.

One is never sure, watching two cats washing each other, whether it's affection, the taste, or a trial run for the jugular.

Just got a mentoring request which reminded me ...

... that I should probably be taken off the list. I'm afraid I've turned out to be a rather craptastic mentor to the two players who asked me for help previously.

It is just to much to look for mentee's in this thread, so anyone who wants me as a a mentor just pm and I teach you as much as I can
I played over 2000 games and I'm an all around player but best in standars games and escalating

mentoree - level 1.

What the hell do these army things do?

Though, honestly, I've played risk before irl against friends, and have won. But I'm pretty unsure about general strategies other then hold Australia, which doesn't work with all maps.
