What happens in the event of a tie for second place in a Group? For example in Group 1 there are two guys with 12 wins and one with 11. What will be the tie breaking procedures be?

Hey Gilligan! Looks like in Group 4 we have a tie for second: me and Disciple. What's the deal with that?

Gilly, go for 2 man madness, with 4 rounds you can split the games up into 4 lots of 25

Wow! Two tie-breakers! That was something very unexpected. Later on when I have time I will update it just to make sure. If it does happen, I wouldn't do anything until all games end. OK, I just checked and cheeseweasel and Disciple7 have tied for second place. What I'm going to do is have each player pick a map, and it will be best of 3 (Last map being Classic). PS, all Group 4 games have finished.

25 is a lot of games to get at once, I'm not sure.

Mushin is victorious twice....
Glad I sent those hookers over to my opponents houses. The best plans are always the simplest...
Group 1 Mushin wins:
Valley of the Kings
Game 2788306 Waterloo
Game 2788307
If I seem slightly confused somebody please slap me.

I never said all of them at once but round 1 - 16 players you run the first 25 maps and split them into 2 groups 13 & 12
Round 2 - 8 players you run the second 25 maps etc.
You can do this for all of the men madness, you said it isn't madness if you don't play all maps. IT IS MADNESS, just better co-ordinated

I like the bigger games since I'm already in a bunch of 1v1 tourneys, I vote for 6 man madness
Man, so close to this tournament...came in halfway as a 2nd reserve and almost finished in the top 2 of group 4. Just one more game :O
Fun tourney though

I noticed a few new maps (Egypt, Iceland, High Seas) were added recently. Will they be a part of the finals?

Yes, as well as the maps that were not a part of the first round.

Just looking at the standings for the finals, looks like an error - I cannot have won 2 games in this round on Age of Realms 1, right? Hell, I'm always surprised if I can win any game on the Age maps.
